Ingredients
100g pure oats
1 teaspoon Tropical Sun Linseed (Flaxseed)
1 tablespoon Tropical Sun Desiccated Coconut (Fine)
1 tablespoon Tropical Sun Caribbean Honey
3 tablespoons Tropical Sun Organic Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Method
- Put all the ingredients, except for the desiccated coconut, into a food processor and blitz until combined
- Using you hands, form the mixture into small walnut-sized balls
- Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut until the outsides are coated
- Serve and enjoy!
