Feeling low on energy? Hit that midday slump? These healthy Coconut & Honey Energy Bites are the perfect high-protein snack. Tasty and satisfying, they could not be easier to make...literally chuck the ingredients into a food processor, blitz them, roll into bite-size balls and DEVOUR. 

Ingredients

100g pure oats

50g Tropical Sun Almonds 

1 teaspoon Tropical Sun Linseed (Flaxseed)

1 tablespoon Tropical Sun Desiccated Coconut (Fine) 

1 tablespoon Tropical Sun Caribbean Honey

3 tablespoons Tropical Sun Organic Coconut Oil

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients, except for the desiccated coconut, into a food processor and blitz until combined 
  2. Using you hands, form the mixture into small walnut-sized balls
  3. Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut until the outsides are coated 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
