1 tablespoon of Tropical Sun Vegetable Oil
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
50 g of mushrooms (your preferred variety), sliced
120 ml of double cream
A pinch of salt
A pinch of Tropical Sun Black Pepper
A pinch of Tropical Sun Dried Thyme
120 g of cooked tagliatelle, drained and left hot
- In a hot pan, add the oil and start by frying the garlic and mushrooms. Season with salt and black pepper.
- After 5 minutes, add in the cream, stir in dried thyme and lower the heat.
- Toss in the hot cooked pasta and mix nicely until well coated, about a minute.
- Serve up and enjoy!
