Guava Mousse

Instructions

  1. Chill the evaporated milk by placing it in the freezer for 30 minutes
  2. Pour it into a chilled mixing bowl and whip it until it thickens
  3. In a separate bowl, gently mix together the guava jelly, lemon juice and sugar until the sugar has dissolved
  4. Fold the whipped evaporated milk into the guava jelly mixture and, gently mix until even
  5. Pour the mixture into freezer trays and freeze for 4-6 hours
  6. Serve and enjoy!
