Mixed Bean Salad

Ingredients

 

 

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and ginger paste for 2 minutes
  2. Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, cumin, chilli powder and tomato juice and stir for  5 minutes
  3. Add in crab eye beans and kidney beans  
  4. Remove from the heat and gently stir in the lime juice
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
