Instructions

  1. In a wok or large skillet, heat the olive oil and lightly sauté the onion, garlic paste and ginger paste, stirring occasionally
  2. Add in the tofu and warm it through
  3. Add in the rice, stirring and turning it to mix it with the other ingredients and warm through
  4. Add the soy sauce and mix well
  5. Add in the peas, coriander and sesame oil and mix well
  6. Serve and enjoy!
