  1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, onions, scotch bonnet pepper, ginger paste and efo seasoning
  2. Add the rapeseed oil to a saucepan on high heat and brown the chicken
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside in a bowl
  4. In the same pan, adding more oil if necessary, brown the carrot and swede together
  5. Add in the chicken, peanut butter mixture, chopped tomatoes and aroma stock. Mix thoroughly and cook on medium heat until it simmers before reducing the heat and covering with a lid
  6. Cook on a low heat for 35 minutes
  7. Serve and enjoy!
