Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Tropical Sun Ground Black Pepper
- 4 tbsp Tropical Sun Everyday Seasoning
- 800g Tropical Sun Butter Beans, drained
- 115g cheddar cheese, grated
- 125g soured cream
- 1 tsp Tropical Sun Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Heat a pan with the olive oil and fry the onions, salt and pepper until the onions are lightly browned
- Add in the everyday seasoning, simmer and stir for 1 minute
- Add in the butter beans and simmer for a further 5 minutes
- Turn off the heat and transfer the contents of the pan into a food processor
- Add in the cheese, soured cream and lemon juice and puree until smooth
- Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until cold throughout
- Serve with nachos
