West Indian Bean Dip

Rich and creamy dipping heaven!

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with the olive oil and fry the onions, salt and pepper until the onions are lightly browned
  2. Add in the everyday seasoning, simmer and stir for 1 minute
  3. Add in the butter beans and simmer for a further 5 minutes
  4. Turn off the heat and transfer the contents of the pan into a food processor
  5. Add in the cheese, soured cream and lemon juice and puree until smooth
  6. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until cold throughout
  7. Serve with nachos

  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
