Coconut & Chia Seed Pudding

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the dessicated coconut, chia seeds, coconut milk, coconut water drink, vanilla essence and salt until well combined
  2. Spoon portions of the mixture into individual bowls or mason jars
  3. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  4. Top with raspberries or other fruit of your choice
  5. Serve and enjoy!
