 Verna Gao Creamy Peanut Noodles Tropical Sun Peanut Butter Smooth

East Asians and West Africans have been using peanut butter as a cooking ingredient for a long time and now the rest of the world is finally starting to catch up.

If you’re looking for quick and super satisfying noodle dish, Verna Hungry Banana has your back!

Ingredients

1 portion of noodles, whichever type you prefer 

2 tablespoons (heaped) Tropical Sun Peanut Butter

1 teaspoon Tropical Sun Minced Garlic Paste

2 tablespoons light soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar

tablespoon sesame oil

splash of hot water

Optional:

chopped spring onions

chilli oil (to taste)

Method

  1. Mix the ingredients together to make a sauce, and boil the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and mix the noodles in the mixed sauce. Add a splash of water if it’s a bit dry.
  3. Garnish with spring onions, chilli oil and sesame seeds, and slurp!
