East Asians and West Africans have been using peanut butter as a cooking ingredient for a long time and now the rest of the world is finally starting to catch up.

Ingredients
1 portion of noodles, whichever type you prefer
2 tablespoons (heaped) Tropical Sun Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon Tropical Sun Minced Garlic Paste
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
splash of hot water
Optional:
chopped spring onions
chilli oil (to taste)
Method
- Mix the ingredients together to make a sauce, and boil the noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and mix the noodles in the mixed sauce. Add a splash of water if it’s a bit dry.
- Garnish with spring onions, chilli oil and sesame seeds, and slurp!
