Tropical Sun is an independent, family-owned World Foods brand. Wherever your food cravings take you, from Singapore to São Paulo, we are your passport to flavour, bringing joyful, sun-kissed dishes straight to your table.

 

Tropical Sun has been serving up the ‘Flavours of the World’ since 1996, winning many prestigious Great Taste Awards along the way, and our products are now enjoyed by millions worldwide.

 

Where can I buy Tropical Sun products?

Though our products are available in many countries worldwide, our best distribution is in the UK: the home of Tropical Sun.

You’ll find our products in the World Food aisles of most major supermarkets including Asda, The Co-op, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and TK Maxx, as well as from online retailers like Amazon and Ocado.

We’re widely stocked by independent retailers and specialist food shops, who have been the backbone of our business since our founding in 1996.

Our products are truly global! We source and produce across:

Are Tropical Sun products suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans?

Many of them are but not all.

Most of our vegetarian and vegan-friendly products clearly display the Vegan & Veg logos on pack. Always check the ingredients on the back if you’re unsure.

We offer a wide range of gluten-free products too.

Look out for the Gluten-Free logo on the packaging, and always check the ingredient list if you have any concerns.

Are Tropical Sun products suitable for a halal diet?

Many of our products are suitable for a halal diet, but most are not halal-certified.

Products that are suitable may carry the Halal logo on pack. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Are Tropical Sun products suitable for a kosher diet?

Our products are not kosher-certified, however we do offer a wide range of vegetarian and vegan products that are considered acceptable by many non-orthodox Jewish consumers.

We are always looking for new and exciting ways to engage with our community and we welcome pitches and ideas from customers and like-minded organisations. We receive more support and sponsorship requests than we can feasibly engage with, but we read and consider each submission and endeavor to respond to everyone in good time. Some items, such as seasonings, don’t legally require nutritional data. For anything else, our team is happy to help via the contact form.

Delivery FAQ

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.

Please note that, depending on stock availability, some orders may be sent in multiple shipments.

Returns

You may return items to us within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in a satisfactory condition — this means unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Original packaging includes all boxes, UPCs, bags, and any materials used to wrap or protect the item.

 To start a return, we will provide you with a returns link. Using this link helps ensure a smooth and efficient process, as returns are handled through our trusted courier partner. Please have your order ID and the authorisation code we provide ready when completing the form.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the product, minus the original delivery fee and a £5 return-to-sender fee. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reply to your order confirmation email and include:

- The product details (name, size, or weight)

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the damage

Once we review the information and confirm the issue, we will advise on the next steps. This will usually be either:

A replacement item, or a refund (full or partial, depending on the situation)

Please note: if you purchased a Tropical Sun product from a retailer other than the Tropical Sun Foods website (for example, a supermarket or high-street store), you will need to return the item directly to that retailer with your proof of purchase.
