Our Rose Essence is concentrated, so you only need a little to add a fragrant rose-scented burst of flavour to any sweet or savoury recipe. As a rule of thumb we advise adding two drops per 1kg. However it’s always best to have a look at a recipe if you’re unsure. Enjoy!
