Incredible flavour. Packs a punch in the best way possible. Just the right amount of heat and sweat combined. I literally want to add it to every meal now. Tropical Sun have smashed it with this one. Absolutely banging!
This sauce is the closest I’ve found to that, that I had when I used to visit Antigua. It’s hot and fruity but doesn’t destroy your palate. Will be ordering much more!
It looks like TS changed the recipe, reducing scotch bonnet pepper content from 30% to 17% and adding habanero peppers instead. It didn't affect the spice level much, however, you will notice the taste difference if you like the previous recipe.
Very simple, but very nice flavour. It's nice to have a chilli sauce that relies on the chilies for flavour.
