With a little warm water helping my diabetes

The honey and ginger are the main flavours with a subtle hint of turmeric that I can taste. I take a spoonful in warm water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar every night - it's good for the joints. I also use it in seasoning foods.

Great taste and amazing benefits. Goes great at night with a hot cup of milk.
