It looks like TS changed the recipe, reducing scotch bonnet pepper content from 30% to 17% and adding habanero peppers instead. It didn't affect the spice level much, however, you will notice the taste difference if you like the previous recipe.

Very simple, but very nice flavour. It's nice to have a chilli sauce that relies on the chilies for flavour.

Been using this brand for years but recently found it harder to find in supermarkets. Wonderful scotch bonnet taste and so glad to be able to buy in bulk.
