Caribbean Hot Pepper Sauce

It's hot enough to add ooomph to anything you cook, but not so hot that if you add a few drops too many things suddenly become inedible (as can happen with Ghost / Bhut Jolokia / Reaper chili sauces). One thing I very much like about this particular hot sauce is that it has a pronounced pepper flavour, i.e. it's almost like adding liquid black pepper (with the attendant heat) to your food, as opposed to a lot of hot sauces which have either no real flavour or a chemical-like flavour that detracts from your recipe.

I've tried this in all kinds of chilis, curries and other spicy things and it's worked really well in all of them; highly recommended.

This carribean sauce is a bargain for the price. Lovely sauce quite fruity with a good kick and decent flavour. Good alternative to tobasco and alot cheaper. Great on cheese on toast.. Scrambled eggs etc. Or just add a few drops to your chill or spag bol. 😎

Excellent used this sauce for years

This has to be the best hot sauce out there…not to hot but still has a punch and has a very full flavour. It’s a total winner! Thanks Tropical Sun for a great product and always well packed for shipping.
