To make a basic jerk marinade, mix the jerk seasoning paste with equal parts olive oil. Massage the mixture into your meat, tofu or veggies and allow to marinate in the fridge overnight or for at least 15 mins.

I've tried a number of other brands, wet and dry rubs, and made my own jerk paste, but Tropical Sun beats them all.

Hits the spot

I’ve been buying this jerk seasoning paste for years, as it’s amazing. Very hot, very tasty & very very good. Especially good when used as a marinade on meats before BBQ’ing. (Mix with a little oil for this). Excellent product.

Too spicy
