The flavourful pimento, also known as allspice, is an essential ingredient in Jamaican cooking. To use, season 500g of meat, chicken or fish with 1 teaspoon of our Pimento Seasoning. Marinate for a few hours, preferably overnight. Cook, bake or grill to desired tenderness. Enjoy!
