Packed with fresh and essential ingredients including spring onion, onion, molasses, scotch bonnet pepper, garlic, pimento and thyme, Tropical Sun Oxtail Stew Marinade is the real deal. Prepared by hand to an authentic Jamaican recipe, it is the perfect base for your oxtail stew.

Simply marinate your oxtail for at least an hour or overnight, if possible, to allow the meat to fully absorb the flavour before cooking.
