Great flavour, coats the chicken nicely. Saves us from having to deep fry every time.

Not very well packaged leaving it clumpy and stale.

Excellent

We used this after tenderising chicken breast in 50/50 mayo and white miso. wipe off before dipping in egg and then dip in dry mix and fry. The flavours went together really well. Tasted lightly salted. Would buy again. We used about a third of a jar for three chicken breasts the first time, perhaps have less wastage as we get used to the amounts needed.
