Great Store Cupboard Staple

I usually keep cans of coconut milk and coconut cream, or blocks of coconut cream. When I saw this coconut milk powder I thought it would be much more convenient to store, so I thought I'd give it a try. Well, I was delighted with the results having used it in place of my normal products - made a fantastic Thai Red Curry with Salmon. This is definitely the way to go. Very satisfied. No price difference when pitched against canned coconut milk, but a great saving on storage space.

Short Life

Looking forward to using this but wasn’t expecting it to be out of date in Dec this year. Wouldn’t have bought a 10 pack had I known. Everything else had a good shelf life and will buy again

Nice flavour

I always add this when cooking rice and peas. It gives it a nice flavour
