Sage is one of my favourite herbs - cannot grow it in the colder months. I was looking for a quality dried version - a good one, not the dusty types often found when buying.
I trust Tropical Foods own brand & I wasn't disappointed.
Made a Saltimbocca of late & substituted the dry for fresh - little adjustment in applying because it wasn't the whole leaf but the flavour was well & truly there.

I could buy Tropical Sun items living in Manchester, but now living in the Lake District I purchase from their website & it's brilliant.
