No yam in this fake yam flour!

very dissapointed with this flour and will chuck it away. im beginner in trying the westafrican food. The powder turns an ugly brown and despite cooking for long it ended as a sticky sandy tasting bad smelling sticky mess.i could not taste any yam in it . Ive eaten delicious fresh baked yam and the taste is completelt different. could you list the ingredients in this "yam flour"
