Very high Carolina Reaper content (60%) listed on the ingredients list. Pours slowly as it's quite a thick sauce (a good thing) - make sure to shake it up well. Good balance with a fresh chilli taste, slightly salty.. and then the heat kicks in and you WILL feel it. It's not as "fruity" as habanero or scotch bonnet sauces, but overall pleasant. While it is an extremely hot sauce that should be used with caution, I found it doesn't cause the immediate pain that sauces using large amounts of chilli extract do - and that's not a bad thing. More of a lasting burn slow release burn, than a punch in the guts. You can use it as a sauce, rather than just a food additive, but use with care. It's also excellent value at Tropical Sun!
