It was okay but I spent alot of time getting the bad bits out of it before I could use it which pretty much wasted half the bag.
Dried Irish Moss
My initial enquiries about the Irish Moss botanical classification name was difficult although the administrator seemed to try their best to find the information. I was advised that it is the Chondrus Crispus algae. I had to prompt for this information as it is not printed on the label. I also asked where the Irish Moss is sourced and whether it is picked from the sea (Natural growth) or whether it is farmed. I'm still waiting for the reply 5 weeks later. The quality of the Irish Moss is poor requiring much sifting and sorting.
It was Mouldy so could not use would like fresh one sent
