This is a fine flour in every sense, consistent good quality, no lumps or bits, no grit. I dont recognise the description of grit in previous reviews from my batch, it is perfectly good flour, with an appetising savoury odour which would blend well with cheese. I am new to cassava as a food but I add this flour to gari fufu to make a good tasting cassava pitta bread dough and also pancake / grits mix. Its a viable alternative to gluten flours for unlevened products, I am still experimenting but its tasty and nourishing, and better for me than wheat and potato which I cant eat any more as cassava has a lower glycemic index.
