Arrowroot, a fine white powder extracted from the root of several tropical plants, is often used to thicken puddings, sauces, glazes and other cooked foods. Arrowroot is tasteless and becomes clear when cooked and is therefore ideal for making desserts. Always mix Tropical Sun Arrowroot with cold water to produce a thin paste before heating it or adding it to hot mixtures. Use 1 tablespoon of
