Fufu flakes

Bought it for my mum. She says it’s okay, but it tastes nothing like Nigerian “fufu,” which is what you’d expect when you see something labeled fufu LOL. Considering the main ingredient is potatoes, I honestly expected it to be called “potato fufu” or something similar…just like how the plantain version is called “plantain fufu.”
